Whether you are seeking support in preparing for a natural physiologic birth, desiring to prepare for a more easeful postpartum, or simply seeking a safe space for relaxation - I am here to help you navigate the journey from a place of trust, balance and ease. First and foremost, I aim to create space for you to connect with yourself and your own intuition - the foundation that will guide you through your pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood. And I am here to share what I’ve learned along the way through supporting mothers and families just like you for over 5 years.

Prenatal Support Services

  • Prenatal Yoga Nidrā

    Yoga Nidrā (Yoga ‘Sleep’) is a guided resting meditation with ancient roots that helps you:

    * relieve stress and deeply relax

    *connect on a deeper level to yourself, your body and your baby

    *allay fears you may be having around birth

    *affirm your positive intentions for your birth

    and so much more!

    It is an incredible birth preparation tool!

  • Natural Birth Preparation

    Whether you’re preparing for a natural birth at home or in the hospital, these sessions will equip you with the tools, the know-how and the support you need to gain full trust in yourself, from a doula who trusts 100% in the primal power of natural birth!

    Curated to your individual needs and desires - these sessions can include anything from learning self-advocacy tools and drafting an effective natural birth ‘plan’, to labour comfort measures, prenatal yoga and tools for deep relaxation.

    Available privately in person and online.

    $97 per session (1.5 hours)

  • Postpartum Planning

    Preparing for Postpartum is an essential (and often overlooked) part of the birth plan! These sessions are focussed on how to best care for YOU before AND after birth, so you can step into your new mothering role with confidence and ease.  

    Build your postpartum sanctuary and gather your village of support so you can prioritize rest, nourishment and baby bonding during this transformative time. We’ll discuss holistic self-care practices and a healing dietary plan for a smoother recovery. Just for you!

Prenatal Yoga

My prenatal yoga classes can include anything from physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), meditation, mantra (chanting), Yoga Nidrā and deep relaxation ~ to dancing and primal movements, singing and spontaneous sound! It’s not just about doing a series of scripted ‘poses’ (which are great!), but also about creating ‘muscle memory’ in your body and becoming ‘familiar’ with the ‘unfamiliar’. Returning back to a space within yourself where you remember that ‘giving birth’ is a innate part of your WHO YOU ARE.
