Hi! I’m Andréa St. Jules, a holistic birth and postpartum doula, Yoga Nidrā guide, and women’s empowerment advocate dedicated to nurturing the new paradigm of sovereign birth and sacred postpartum care.

My passion for birth work grew out of my deep devotion and commitment to Feminine healing. In 2011, after a life-changing journey to the Amazon rainforest, I founded Graceful Warriors, a pioneering platform for women’s empowerment and sisterhood. Over six years of facilitating workshops and courses in the Vancouver area, and connecting with women in circles and womb-healing spaces, I was brought to birth as the origin my deepest soul calling.

I originally trained as a doula in 2013 with Kara Maria Ananda, and deepened my expertise in 2019 through Pacific Rim College’s Holistic Doula program - integrating herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupressure, nutrition and more into my practice. Building on my interest in Ayurveda and holistic postpartum care, I began training with Sacred Window Studies’ Conscious Postpartum Caregiver program in 2024.

My work is rooted in Nature and founded on 20+ years of spiritual development, holistic living, and ceremonial practice, With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, I now specialize in pre- and postnatal Yoga Nidrā, offering calming, restorative meditations for birth preparation and postpartum healing.

My early caregiving experiences—nannying, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and teaching English to children abroad—fostered my commitment to compassionate, heart-centred connection that continues to fuel my work to this day.

I am now based on the ancestral lands of my mother-line in Prince Edward Island (Epekwtik), Canada, where I’ve been providing holistic pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support to local families since 2020.

Having chosen not to birth babies myself, I pour my mothering energy into lovingly caring for and uplifting every one of my clients as they embrace the sacred path of parenthood.

And I am also mother to a Mexican rescue dog named Cielo - we enjoy playing, learning and resting in the essence of Nature together!

It would be my absolute honour to walk alongside you during this most tender and transformative time!

What Mothers Are Saying

“Andrea’s energy is loving and calming. I got my VBAC 23 months after my first, and having a doula was vital and key for me. I never expected her to manage my labour symptoms for me, but during the most uncomfortable labour pains she used her instincts, knowledge, practice, and energy to literally slow down my body and allow me to relax, in a heavenly way. She went above and beyond to care for me in my postpartum too. I recommend Andrea whole heartedly.”

“Andrea was my doula during my 3rd pregnancy and for that reason alone it was the best birth experience I’ve ever had. Andrea is very warm and attentive and always made sure I felt comfortable. I’ve always struggled with sleeping during pregnancy and Andrea offered Yoga Nidra sessions which helped me to fall asleep peacefully every night after. After birth she catered to me with nutritious meals, teas and massages. She was heaven sent and this greatly helped with my recovery. I highly recommend Andrea, she is beautiful inside and out, and words cannot express the gratitude I have for her!”

“If I had to distill all of my work down to one core underlying value, it would be my belief that WE ARE NATURE - and we flourish when we remember how to live in harmony with Nature’s most fundamental principles.”

This is the essence of Earth Blossom Birth.
